Profile Ownership & Rights
Each digitised person retains full copyright over their digitised content. However, once the materials are uploaded and agreed upon, they cannot request removals. This ensures historical continuity and protects the integrity of the archive.
They can:
- Change privacy settings for specific sections (public ↔ private)
- Download their own CV, containing their achievements, photos, and documents
- Edit their profile sections (subject to 2-day approval by DIGITISED's admin team)
DIGITISED also performs periodic updates to keep every profile accurate and up-to-date.
