Mohi Ismail.. The pioneer of psychodrama

An Egyptian artist whose full name is Mohy El-Din Muhammad Ismail, born on November 8, 1946 in the city of Kafr El-Dawwar in Beheira Governorate.

 

His father is one of the senior education men in the governorate, while his mother was the daughter of the village mayor. He has 5 brothers and 3 sisters. 

 

Mohie Ismail studied philosophy at the Faculty of Arts, then joined the Acting Department at the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts.

 

He worked for a period in the National Theater, and was one of the founders of the Experimental Hundred Chair Theater at the Czech Cultural Center in 1969.
