
Mohamed Sallam
The biography
Egyptian actor. Born on December 15, 1983 in Cairo Governorate. He graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, at Cairo University.
He began his artistic career at the university theater, after which he joined the workshop of the Center for Artistic Creativity, at the Cairo Opera House, under the direction of director Khaled Galal.
He participated in acting with the center’s class in the play “Plain Coffee.”
After this, he participated in several small roles in a group of artistic works, whether cinematic or television.
His real artistic breakthrough came after he participated in the series “Al-Kabir Awi”.
After that, he starred in television dramas and presented a distinguished group of series, such as: “Sherbat Luz, Friendly Fire, Heba Rijal Al-Ghurab, The People of Alexandria, Lahfa, Nelly and Sherihan, Ruba’ Rumi, Abu Omar Al-Masry, Badal Al-Hadouta Talata, and Jett Salima.”
He also starred in cinema and participated in many successful films, including: "You Fly", "No Retreat, No Surrender", "Captain of Egypt", "My Dog", "Hell in India" when a person falls into the swamp of his thoughts and ends up in a farce, "A night of Happiness and joy", "The Money", A men's Stand, a pregnant mother, the title holder, their uncle, Nabil Gemayel, a beautician.
Personal life
Artist Mohamed Salam is married to a woman from outside the artistic community. He had his only daughter, Ruqaya, in 2020.
