Donia Samir Ghanem began her artistic career at the age of ten, by participating in the film “A Woman and a Woman.” Her real breakthrough in cinema came after she participated in the movie “Me or My Aunt” with the artist Mohamed Henedy. Her work continued after that in many films, such as: “Cabaret, You Fly, The Wedding, No Retreat, No Surrender, XLarge, 365 Days of Happiness, Spin and Turn, and Surrender to the People.”
In television drama, Donia Samir Ghanem presented many series, including: “Justice Has Many Faces, White Abbas on the Black Day, Who Shot Hind Allam, The Big One, Lahfa, Nelly and Sherihan, In La La Land, Instead of the Story Three, and Salima Came.
As for singing, Donia released the song “I Can’t Believe My Eyes” in 2005, which achieved great success. In 2013, she released her album, “Another One.” Since then, she has released many single songs. She also presents many songs and performances in her artistic works.
Personal Life
Donia Samir Ghanem is the daughter of the late artists Dalal Abdel Aziz and Samir Ghanem. Her sister is actress Amy Samir Ghanem. In 2013, Donia married journalist Rami Radwan. She gave birth to her only daughter, Kayla, in 2014.
