He began his artistic career as an advertising model, then participated in small roles in several films such as: “Ice Cream in Gleem, The Most Stylish in Roxy, Hello America, Ahla Al-Awqat, and Zaki Shan.” Before he played starring roles in the films “Special Operations, Emergency Escape, Symbol War, Casablanca, and The Boogeyman.”
As for television, he started in 2001 by participating in a small role in the series “Justice Has Many Faces.” Then he starred in the series: “Shabab Online” and “Aunt Nour.”

As for the field of presenting programs, Amir Karara started it in 2002 by presenting the “Star Maker” program. Then he presented many programs, including “Celebrity Duets 2010, Faker or La 2011, Al Khazna 2013, Harem Asrar 2015, Al Khazna 2013, Sahranin 2019.”
In addition to acting and presenting programs, Amir Karara was a volleyball player on the national team and participated in many local and international matches.
Personal life
The artist Amir Karara is the grandson of the late artist Mahmoud Shokoko, and the brother of the actor Ahmed Karara. He is married to Mrs. Hend Salah Hosni, sister of the former football player and artist Ahmed Salah Hosni, and he has three children: “Salim,” “Laila,” and “Nelly.”
