He began his artistic career as a child, participating as a model in several commercials at the age of six. He then participated in his first series in 2005, "Our Sweet Dreams." His real breakthrough came in 2010 with his role in the series "The Group." He went on to appear in numerous television series, including "The Back Streets," "Premeditation," "A Life Story," "Wedding Song," "Like the Sun," "Number Two," "Descendants of the Strangers," and "Bimbo."

In cinema, he had notable roles in films such as "My Dear Grandpa," "The Island Part 2," "Regatta," "I Love You," "Hepta," "Clash," "Sheikh Jackson," "External/Night," "The Treasure Part 2," "The Guest," "New Year's Eve," "Another One," "Full Moon Night 14," and "Kira & El Gin."

Ahmed Malek also participated in international cinema with two films, the first being "The Furnace" in 2020 and the second being "The Swimmers" in 2022.

In 2018, Ahmed Malek was chosen as a member of the jury for the short film competition at the El Gouna Film Festival.
