An Egyptian actor, whose full name is Ahmed Mohamed Salah El-Din El-Sakka. Born on March 1, 1973, in Cairo Governorate. He graduated from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in 1993, with distinction.
He was called the Knight of Egyptian Cinema.
His artistic career began when the writer Osama Anwar Okasha nominated him to participate in the series “Al-Nawa” in 1991.
Before he starred in television drama and presented many successful series, including The Other Half of Rabi’a, Who Doesn’t Love Fatima?, Taming the Fierce, Dream of the South, and Zizinia.
“My Heart’s Response,” “A Meeting on the Air,” “Cinderella,” “Critical Moments,” “Red Lines,” “The Black Horse,” “The Child of the Poor,” “The Choice,” “The Offspring of Strangers.”
He began his film career in 1995 with small roles in films such as “Hoda and His Excellency the Minister, Saeedi at the American University, and Hammam in Amsterdam.”
After that, he presented his first cinematic starring in the movie “Shorts, Undershirt and Cap”, followed by a large number of films, including: “Africano, Mafia, Tito, The Italian War, About Love and Passion, Timur and Shafiqa, Al-Jazeera, Ibrahim Al-Abyad, Ibn Al-Consul, Al-Diller, Al-Maslahah, From 30 years, 200 pounds.”
Ahmed Al-Sakka went through the experience of presenting programs twice, the first when he presented the program “The Godfather: The Professor and the Student” with the late artist Ahmed Ramzy.
The second time was through the competition program “Beat Al-Sakka” with the artist Razan Maghribi in 2020.
personal life
The artist Ahmed El-Sakka is the son of director Mohamed Salah El-Din El-Sakka, director of the puppet theatre. His grandfather is the late singer Abdo Al-Sarouji.
In 1999, he married the journalist Maha Al-Saghir, the daughter of the famous beauty expert Muhammad Al-Saghir. They had three children: Yassin, Nadia, and Hamza.
